1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fliera™ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not comply with this requirement.

3. Legal Compliance

Fliera™ operates as a marketplace platform connecting licensed marijuana distributors with verified consumers in jurisdictions where marijuana is legal. Users agree to:

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Only use the Service in jurisdictions where marijuana is legal
• Provide accurate information about their location and age
• Not transport marijuana across state lines
• Use marijuana products responsibly and legally

4. Platform Role

Fliera™ is a marketplace platform only. We do not sell, distribute, manufacture, or possess marijuana. All transactions are between licensed distributors and verified consumers. Fliera™ is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by distributors.

5. Subscription & Payment

Subscription fees are as follows:

• Consumers: $1/month
• Distributors: $10/month
• Drivers: Free

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

6. Distributor Requirements

Distributors must:

• Possess valid state licenses for marijuana distribution
• Provide proof of business license and compliance documentation
• Ensure all products meet state testing and labeling requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory and pricing information
• Comply with all state regulations regarding sales and distribution

7. Driver Requirements

Drivers must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Pass background checks
• Maintain valid vehicle insurance
• Comply with all transportation laws and regulations

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Provide false information or impersonate others
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in illegal activities. Users may close their accounts at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

Fliera™, the Fliera logo, and all related trademarks are the property of Fliera Inc. Patent pending. All content on the platform is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Fliera™ is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to product quality issues, delivery delays, legal consequences, or health effects. Use at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
